Description

The purpose of this RFQ is to invite interested parties to submit their qualifications for the Fraser River Tunnel Project (“the Project”). Through the process described in this RFQ, the Province anticipates identifying up to three Respondents to be invited to participate in the next phase of the Competitive Selection Process.

The purpose of the Competitive Selection Process is to identify a qualified entity that may be offered the opportunity to enter into a contract (the "Design Early Works Agreement") to work collaboratively with the Province to advance Project planning and design, and to finalize a design-build agreement (the "Design Build Agreement"), including a target price, to complete the Project.
